Bhavesh Sanghavi, Vice President of projects, is the driving force behind AnchorPoint’s project execution. With a wealth of experience in construction, he leads with precision and expertise to bring our visionary concepts to life with impeccable quality and efficiency, spearheading A New Wave of Project Excellence. Bhavesh holds a BE degree in Construction Engineering from MHSSCE (Mumbai University) and is also a Chartered Engineer with FIE certification from IEI.
His skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, negotiation, plumbing, project estimation, and feasibility studies. With a track record of overseeing large projects, high-rises, and commercial buildings, Design to Delivery cumulating to over 15 million sqft in MMR Bhavesh collaborates seamlessly A grade and reputed architects, RCC and MEP brands in the industry.
